Captain Kim Francisco

Captain Kim Francisco is currently Commander of the North Little Rock Police Department Patrol Division. She began her law enforcement career in 1994. Throughout her career, she has served in a number of positions, to include, Patrol Officer, Narcotics Investigator, Patrol Sergeant, Detective Division Sergeant, Narcotics Unit Sergeant, Patrol Lieutenant, and Professional Standards Lieutenant. Captain Francisco holds a Master’s Degree in Emergency Management and Homeland Security from Arkansas Tech University and a Bachelor’s Degree in Organizational Management from Central Baptist College. Captain Francisco is a graduate of the FBI National Academy, Session #269, and the Department of Homeland Security Leadership Institute, Session #5. Captain Francisco is also a veteran of the United States Army.
