This year, we’re introducing several strategic initiatives to drive attendees directly to your booths. First, we’ve established a Premium Table area strategically positioned directly outside the main conference hall where refreshments and drinks will be available throughout the entire conference. This high-traffic zone ensures that attendees will frequent your area consistently, providing ample opportunities for interaction and engagement.

Furthermore, to encourage even greater traffic flow, we’ve designated the Discount table area as the central hub for all food service. Attendees will naturally gravitate towards this area for breakfast and lunch, effectively channeling them past the Standard table area—your prime location for showcasing your offerings.

But that’s not all. We’re also thrilled to announce the introduction of two door prize drawings exclusively within the vendor areas. Attendees must be present to win, incentivizing them to explore the vendor booths thoroughly. To participate, attendees will receive tickets from each vendor booth they visit, fostering increased engagement and interaction with your products or services.
